RETURNS POLICY
EXCHANGES
How to exchange –
- We offer one free exchange (within the UK) on every order. Exchanges must be received within 14 days of receipt, After 14 days, items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- International orders must pay return shipping fee of item being exchanged.
- Please email us FIRST at foxcoutureboutique@gmail.com before exchanging any item.
- Please include on the email the item you would like to exchange and the item you would like to exchange for, including the size you would like to exchange for.
- We do not cover your shipping costs back to us, this is the customers responsibility to pay the return costs.
- It is your responsibility to pay shipping costs of sending your replacement exchanged item.
- Items should be returned for exchange in new, unused condition and with all Fox Couture labels still attached.
- Returns / exchanges that are returned damaged, soiled with make up, self tan, fragrance or altered will not be accepted and will be returned back to customer.
- We are happy to exchange any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
- Please make sure your return parcel is appropriately packaged and correct postal shipping fee is paid by you.
- Please contact us at foxcoutureboutique@gmail.com BEFORE returning or exchanging your item and we will be happy to assist you with sizing or any queries related to your reason for exchange.
- Please remember to indicate if you would like to return or exchange your item. If you would like an exchange please remember to identify what item you would like in exchange.
- Please make sure shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect your parcel once it is on its way to you.
- Swimwear, bodysuits and jewellery are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
RETURNS
How to return –
- Please email us FIRST at foxcoutureboutique@gmail.com before returning any item and we will provide you with a returns address.
- We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
- Any returns must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the parcel. Any returns after this date will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- When your refund has been approved, a full refund will be paid (minus original shipping fees) within 3-5 business days of receiving your item.
- Every item is photographed and carefully checked by a member of our team before sending for dispatch.
- Items should be returned new, unused and with all Fox Couture labels still attached.
- Returns / exchanges that are returned damaged, soiled with make up, self tan, fragrance or altered will not be accepted and will be returned back to customer.
- We are happy to accept for return any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
- Refund amount will be the minus original postal fee.
- If returning an item with ‘free’ postage within the UK, a £3.99 charge will be deductible of the total amount refunded.
- If returning an item with ‘free’ postage from an international country, a £13.00 will be deductible of the total amount refunded.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please do not force on any garment as this may cause damage the item and will make it invalid for return.
- Any garment with make-up, self tan, fragrance / deodorant marks will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- We always aim to process your order as quickly as possible however we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We aim to process this as quickly as possible keeping any delays to a minimum.
- We thoroughly inspect each garment before sending to check for any faults and to ensure you receive your garment in perfect condition.
- Bandage dresses are finely woven garments and therefore sometimes have slight folding marks. This is not a fault, it is a natural characteristic of the fabric.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
- Pre-order items take up to ten working days (unless stated otherwise) for delivery after payment has been processed.
